The Prospectus contains details of an offer by Vysarn Limited (ACN 124 212 175) (Company) for an offer of up to 129,629,630 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at an issue price of A$0.054 per share to raise up to A$7,000,000 (before costs) (Offer). The Offer is subject to a minimum subscription of A$5,000,000. No shares will be issued or transferred on the basis of the Prospectus after the expiry date, being 13 months after the date of the Prospectus. The Company will apply to ASX Limited (ASX) for admission to the official list of ASX and quotation of the shares on ASX within 7 days of the date of the Prospectus. The Company will apply to ASX Limited (ASX) within 7 days after the date of this Prospectus for official quotation of the Shares and shares being offered under the Ancillary Offers (as detailed in the Prospectus).
